From the A40 Brecon southern by-pass
At the B4501 roundabout, take the A40 dual carriageway south-east to Abergavenney. After approx. 1 mile, take the first left on the B4558, signposted Llangorse, Llanfrynach, Pencelli. Turn left under the by-pass bridge and head for Llanfrynach.**You'll pass over a narrow, single track canal bridge, and after approx ½ a mile turn first right signposted to Llanfrynach ¾ mile (with a brown horseshoe sign). Then, after a short distance turn first right again to Cantref (& again with a horseshoe sign), after a short distance turn first right again, signposted 'Abercynrig Private Drive'.(Caution - The drive is single track with high hedges.) At the sign for Abercynrig Mill turn left and Felindre Cottage is on your left before the mill.

From Abergavenney take the A40 to Brecon
