CREATIVE BREAKS, GUIDED RETREATS
& COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES

Set in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons National Park beside the River Cynrig, Mill-Leat offers the perfect setting for people seeking an opportunity to unwind, to enjoy the stunning scenery and wild life and find deeper meaning, purpose and direction to their lives. We offer different kinds of resources for different people, for those of a Christian tradition and none. The beautiful Gardens together with the Quiet Room positioned alongside the old mill-stream at the top of the garden, with sheep grazing on the neighbouring fields, offer peace and tranquillity to guests seeking space to reflect and read, and also for those who might wish to try their hand at sketching, painting or creative writing. (Art materials along with tutorial guidance are available for those considering a Painting Break with a difference!)

Spiritual Guidance, Counselling support and the Enneagram Personality Type indicator are an offer for those seeking deeper understanding of themselves and their circumstances. Mill-Leat is also well-equipped with a fairly extensive Library for guest retreatants.

Marriage Refreshment Breaks for couples who might enjoy the opportunity of spending quality time together to take a look at their relationship afresh, as well as Marital and Family Therapy for those wanting to resolve particular family concerns.

Bespoke Retreats can also be arranged for fellowship groups, either on a Quiet Day basis or an extended residential Community Development Programme geared for those who are seeking to be more effective in their communal lives and ministries.
